All custom engraving and design requests must be confirmed in writing.
We are not responsible for errors in engraving or spelling submitted by the customer.
Once an order is confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible.
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless prior arrangements are made.
We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions.
Delivery timelines depend on product type, customization, and location.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise mentioned.
Orders for customized items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Refunds are only offered for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
To request a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
All designs, logos, images, and content on trophyindia.in are the intellectual property of Trophy India and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
